Shipping Policy, Tax Exemptions & Refunds
For questions about your order or information on returning your purchase please Email Us and include your order number in your message.
Your available shipping options will be presented at checkout based on your item(s) weight and your shipping address. Orders within the US, Canada, and Mexico are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Standard. International orders outside of the US, Canada, and Mexico are shipped via DHL Express. International orders are sent DDU (duties due on delivery.) Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
To ensure a successful deliveries, please receive items at an appropriate address. We cannot not be responsible for additional shipping charges due to items returned to us as undeliverable.
Tax Exempt Orders
How can I take advantage of my tax exempt status?
Please start by creating an account in our store here. Once this is done please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your tax exempt paperwork. We'll then quickly set your account to tax exempt and you can checkout.
We charge sales tax in Missouri, Hawaii, Georgia, New Jersey and Indiana (this may expand in the future). If you are not ordering with shipment to one of these states, you do not need to provide tax-exempt information.
Refunds may be requested within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
We do not offer refunds on digital items such as software licenses, digital workbooks or student seats.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking information we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Email Us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Email Us with the details of your return request.
